Thank you for visiting and shopping at Daydrink. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
The partners we use to power our store are taking every precaution to protect the health and safety of their workers, while working hard to continue producing and fulfilling orders from the store. Additionally, shipping carriers like UPS, DHL and USPS are experiencing unprecedented strain on their services. We really appreciate your patience in receiving your orders and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Shipping Update:Â Our products generally take 2-3 business days to print pack and ship due to safety regulations and delays. Inventory items may also take up to 5 business days to be picked and shipped.
After orders are shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. All shipping carriers (DHL, USPS, UPS) are experiencing 4 times the volume of shipments they normally do, even at their busiest times. Because of this, delays in transit are likely.

Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing timeÂ
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been confirmed and placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
International Shipping Policy // Customs, Duties and Taxes
We ship internationally! Please note that Day Drink Flags is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Day Drink Flags is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
